From her foundational training in Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy to ten successful years specialising in eyelash extensions, she has navigated every challenge from complex allergic reactions to repairing damage caused by improper application.

Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?

Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns. All orders will be checked thoroughly before they are sent to ensure there isn't any damage or signs of defects. However if anything is missed and you have a problem with your order please reach out to us straight away (within 48 hours of receiving your order) so we can arrange an exchange. Exchanges are offered at our discretion. 
Are the lashes reusable?

Yes our lashes are reusable! Each set should last you at least 10 wears if looked after and removed correctly. Remember to remove all glue residue off the band after each wear and store back in the packaging so the lash keeps its shape.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer MUA/ bulk discount?

Yes we do offer bundle & save! We would love to work with any MUA’s, salons, makeup enthusiasts or anyone who would like to become a stockist for Signed by H. Please message us for more info on becoming a stockist!

Do the lashes come with glue?

Unfortunately at the moment our lashes do not come with glue. We will be adding strip lash glue to our product list very soon - coming in 2026.
